Bought my car from here a little while ago, and came to an agreement with Raza that he would honour 2 issues that were identified should they flare up in a designated time period. Sure enough, one of the issues occurred, but true to his word, Raza went above and beyond to ensure the car was fixed appropriately under his watch. It was very much appreciated and he couldn't have demonstrated better customer service! Would highly recommend their services and can vouch that they honour their word. Thanks again Raza!

Although we have not yet received our vehicle (at the time of my review) we were pleased with the service we received from Raza. I was doing my research on Kijiji to find the best BMW 328 for our next vehicle, Raza kindly pulled the vehicle to the front of the dealership for us as he knew we were coming from Kitchener, took us for a test drive, and pulled the vehicle into the shop so that I can do a more careful review of the vehicle. Upon walking back to the office Raza did all he could to win us over as his clients and offered us fair deal. We are now anxiously awaiting the certification to be performed on our new car.. make it quick Raza! 🙂
